Fun pages are difficult to integrate into websites, especially business websites, because they are seen as an unnecessary levity from very serious matters. We have chosen to add this element because it illustrates another difference between TOM Capital and other venture capital/private equity firms.

At TOM Capital, we treat fun as more than a needed break from work - it is an important part of life, which should permeate into work.  While we are still very interested in achieving good results, we want to be, and work with, people who are good at what they do and also truly enjoy life, including what they do in their business.

We like the energy of our workplace. This energy is the basis of innovation, driven by ideas, passion, teamwork and results. Our philosophy is that fun builds trust, communication, and a resistance to taking things too seriously. TOM is a place where we can laugh at ourselves.
